CliniClowns play with hospitalized, handicapped and autistic children. Their goal is to bring laughter and lightness to the healing and treatment process. The children are delighted to see them and they even manage to cheer up parents and hospital staff!
Clown Ola: I play lovingly and care for sick children. I try to tickle their imagination. I can’t express the reward I receive in monetary terms, but every time I leave a medical facility I know I’ve contributed to a child’s development and treatment.
Clown Sissy: Children aren’t supposed to be sick or handicapped. I’m convinced that these children need the distraction. I’ve always wanted to work with children, but never knew that they’d be so grateful. If I can make a child smile, I’m convinced things will improve.
Clown Pipsy: My motto is to deliver happiness. Pipsy (my clown ego) accomplishes this for me. Life has to be greater than what we can imagine and children should be carefree.
Clown Piwi: I create a world filled with fantasy and undivided attention. I live to deliver joy to children.
Awesome.
