The biggest insult you could give a girl growing up in Curaçao: “è è bo atrás (depende unda bo ta: s-nk-) ta plat!!!” (“è è you have a flat behind!”). And inevitably, when it’s no longer… “o yiu, ba boná!” (dayum, you’re well-endowed!)
And who can forget The Yellow Claw’s Krokobil (Croco-butt) filmed in Curaçao? (I swear it’s something in the water!)
