
1. Stop by the Floating Market in Punda.

2. Find ripe plantains. The darker the skin, the sweeter the taste!

3. Cut off the ends and remove the peel.

4. Slice at an angle, like so.

5. Fry in hot vegetable oil.

6. The longer you fry, the darker and sweeter (more caramelized). Then remove from oil and drain on paper towel.

7. Yummy yummy in your tummy.
