763. Romantic Playlist Krioyo

In the words of NYTimes “Curacao After Dark” author Baz Dreisinger, “Ritmo is very much Afro-Curaçaoan music, sometimes disturbingly derided as the music of the lower classes. As the band — three singers, two horn players, a drummer, a timbalero and piano, sax, bass and conga players — jammed, the audience paired up to dance in a manner that involved precious little footwork but plenty of precise pelvic grinding.” 

What can I say… we really enjoy lombra hespu (shining our belt buckles)… we tend to confine our moves to one tile… Not our fault that they make the tiles so damn small!
