577. Recycling Curaçao Limpi

I’m currently obsessed with Debrah Nijdam and Mitchell Lammering and you should be too.

These two young engineers founded Limpi to turn plastic waste into colorful keychains, coasters, bowls, lamp shades and artsy fish and turtles. Debrah was born and raised in Curaçao and moved to Rotterdam in 2012 to study Industrial Product Design. That’s where she met Mitchell and eventually convinced him to move to Curaçao to co-found Limpi in March 2017.
