573. The Father of Pivot Tables

One of the more pleasant byproducts of 2020 has been connecting (and in many cases reconnecting) with family & friends — close and extended — all over the world.

I recently traded emails with my father’s cousin Pito Salas and randomly decided to Google him after. (Google/Social Media rabbit holes — also a byproduct of quarantine — am I right?)

Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon Pito’s Wikipedia and discovered that he is in fact The Father of Pivot Tables. (I’ll spare you my geeking out about how awesome Pivot Tables are; power users of Excel know.)

Here are some of Pito’s Curaçao Travel recommendations from his personal blog.
